Payment processing
Swarmgram, Inc. DBA Lewsearch sells Lewsearch directly. Payments are processed by Square, Inc. ("Square") on our behalf. By purchasing Lewsearch, you agree to this Refund Policy and Square's terms applicable to your payment method.
Refund requests
You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Email jeffrey@lewsearch.com with your account email and receipt. If eligible, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Where local consumer protection laws grant withdrawal rights, those rights apply. Consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from certain digital service contracts when they request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a Lewsearch subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Chargebacks
Contact jeffrey@lewsearch.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We can often resolve billing issues faster than a chargeback process.
